To add a diversity statement to your profile, please go to the “Current searches” page then reach out to the email listed on the position you are applying to i.e “ABC_VPHR@ediesc.com” we will update your file and inform the search consultant assigned to that particular search. Please be sure to include your first and last name in your email.

While our primary objective is to find talented diverse and inclusive leaders to fill partners’ open positions, we sometimes make recommendations.
Also – For those who are already working with a coach and are also interested in a particular position, we will be transparent with both parties to ensure an equitable process for all.
