To prevent any conflict of interest we only provide coaching services to candidates outside of a particular search. While our primary objective is to find talented diverse and inclusive leaders to fill partners’ open positions, we sometimes make recommendations. Also – For those who are already working with a coach and are also interested in a particular position, we will be transparent with both parties to ensure an equitable process for all.
