Welcome to EDI’s Executive Internship Program (EIP)
The EDI Executive Internship Program (EIP), is a 10-12 week (summer or year-round) intensive experience for both undergraduate and graduate students. The program attracts individuals from all backgrounds committed to learning about equity, diversity, inclusion, human resources, marketing & advertisement, leadership development, and research in these areas.
Our interns are an extension of our team and participate in workshops, networking events, leadership programs, etc. You will work under the tutelage of our leadership and are given meaningful projects that impact our practice, partners, and greater inclusive community.

Hands-On Experience
Working directly with our team of consultants on projects that enhance our clients’ experience and impact helps you hone your skills. A supportive atmosphere, with coaching and guidance from leaders who care about your learning and growth. Flexibility to work independently on assignments and opportunities to collaborate with other interns in different disciplines/verticals. Opportunity to work with domestic and global organizations in all sectors.
